1. Returns

You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return. Unfortunately, after 30 days we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
1.2 Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. For products subject to hygiene requirements, items must be thoroughly cleaned before a return request is submitted.
1.3 Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care products.

2. Refunds

3. Fees
3.1 Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Exceptions
4.1 Defective or Incorrect Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.
If the same issue occurs a second time, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
4.2 Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed due to our automated order processing system.
